What you’ll be doing as part of our team!

When you work with Colour By Design you’ll be given the opportunity to improve your skills as a painter and work as part of a fun, dedicated team of professionals.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers in a positive and professional manner
• Being a friendly representative of our brand
• Working effectively as part of a team from start to finish
• Providing our clients with an exceptional service
• Executing the job exactly as the client wants
• Preparing job sites for work
• Cleaning up jobs efficiently
• Painting carefully, efficiently, and neatly to give our clients a high-quality service

Are you the one we’re looking for?

We’re on the hunt for a candidate who has at least a year of experience painting interiors and exteriors. Our team needs reliable painters who have a good handle on the basic skills of prepping, cutting, rolling, and of course cleaning!
Clean job sites during and after work are an essential part of what makes Colour By Design a great place to work. We don’t deal in messes but we do create fantastic artwork in the form of interior and exterior painting.

If you know your way around a paintbrush and are a hard-working, team player with a few years of industry experience then we want you to join the Colour By Design family.

• You have a clean driver’s license and can get to job sites on time
• You’re able to maintain an open availability to work – Monday to Saturday (3-5 days a week)
