Our Story
Meet Jason Pepper (2nd from the left), an aspiring entrepreneur and family man, with an attention to detail and a passion for people!
From humble beginnings in rural Ontario, Jason grew up in a farming community built on hard work. Despite various summer jobs farming, roofing and doing various renovations, a steady hand, patience and an eye for detail, made painting a natural fit.
During his studies at Ryerson University, Jason met a group of students running their own Student painting companies and decided to do the same.
In his first year, he launched his very own painting business as a franchisee for “Student Works Painting”. The venture was a great success. He hired students on campus, served countless homeowners in downtown Toronto and gained the skills that paved the road ahead. Today, Jason still serves the people of Toronto and the GTA under his own company, Colour By Design.
